    • Check-out is by 10 am
    • Please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

  • In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

    • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking

Parking Information

  • One car may park under the building. The second vehicle may park in the first-come-first-serve lot.
  • Larger vehicles are recommended to seek a paid parking lot off-site.
  • All parking is monitored by the HOA; you must adhere to these rules. For additional parking options visit the Town of Carolina Beach website.
  • Parking for this building is tandem: sharing the parking stall with others in the building. Vehicles must be tagged with contact info for rearrangement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens (sheets and towels) are provided and will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed at the end of the beds.
  • Things to bring: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
